The operating arc
My career has followed one thread: making U.S. revenue cycle work run cleanly, then
teaching teams to do the same. It started in quality, auditing billing and coding
interactions at TeleTech and SPi Healthcare, where root-cause analysis and calibration
became habits. It grew into operations leadership at Abacuz Global Solutions and twelve
years as Medical Billing Manager at WRS Health, managing the end-to-end revenue cycle for
behavioral health groups with multi-million-dollar monthly revenue.
Day to day, that meant owning the full physician billing cycle: eligibility and benefits
verification, claims creation, rejections and denial management, payer follow-up, payment
posting, and accounts receivable, plus staffing, training, and calibrating the offshore
teams doing the work. In 2024 that experience became RCM Staff,
where I now build Philippine-based revenue cycle teams for U.S. healthcare organizations
as a founder, with my name on the outcome.
