Full bio

Kevin Jamito is the founder of RCM Staff, a medical billing outsourcing and RCM staffing company that helps U.S. healthcare organizations build reliable Philippine-based billing, coding, AR, denial management, and administrative support teams. He has worked in U.S. healthcare revenue cycle operations for more than 18 years, starting in quality assurance and team leadership, then moving into operations management, including twelve years as Medical Billing Manager at WRS Health, where he managed the end-to-end revenue cycle for behavioral health groups with multi-million-dollar monthly revenue.

His operating experience spans the full physician billing cycle: eligibility and benefits verification, medical coding, claims creation, rejections and denial management, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up, across systems including Office Ally, Practice Mate, GE Centricity, IDX, Practice Fusion, Practice Partner, WRS Health, and Kareo. Much of that career has been spent building and calibrating offshore teams in the Philippines and holding them to a U.S. standard of quality.

Kevin holds the CPC, CPB, and CPPM certifications from AAPC, the CRCR from HFMA, and the CHBME from HBMA. He founded RCM Staff to connect two realities he kept seeing at once: U.S. practices that need dependable, experienced revenue cycle support, and a deep pool of capable Philippine healthcare professionals who can provide it while building sustainable, long-term careers.
